01. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to your use of getinfinote.com, which is operated by Thoughtpilots India Private Limited, trading as Infinote, 810/836, S.NO.-19, Varthur, Munnekolal, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560037, India. Purchases are also covered by our General Sale Conditions.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

02. Website access

You may browse the website and place orders for your own personal use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. Please use the website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. The store is intended for customers aged 18 or older. An order for a minor should be placed by a parent or legal guardian.

03. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at hello@getinfinote.com if you believe someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your account. To correct or close an account, write to us at the same address.

04. Website information

We take care over product descriptions, images and prices, but errors can occur. Colours may differ between screens. If we find an error that affects an order you have placed, we will contact you by email before the order ships.

05. Intellectual property

The Infinote name, logo, designs, photographs, text and other material on the website belong to Thoughtpilots India Private Limited or are used with permission. You may view them for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.

06. User submissions

If you send us a message, a review or other content, you confirm that it is yours to share and that it is lawful. You allow us to use it to respond to you and, where you have submitted a review or similar content for display, to publish it on the website. We may decline to publish content. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

07. External links

The website may link to services run by others, such as the App Store or social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

08. Prohibited use

Please do not misuse the website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, introducing harmful code, collecting data from it by automated means without our permission, placing orders with false information, or infringing the rights of others. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused, and may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing here removes your right as a consumer to approach any consumer commission or other forum that has jurisdiction under law. Subject to that, and where the law allows parties to agree jurisdiction, disputes will be subject to the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
