Payment Methods

Available payment methods

Payments are processed through Razorpay. The options available for your order, such as UPI, cards and netbanking, are displayed at checkout. Wallets or EMI are available only where displayed by the payment gateway. Select an option there to complete your purchase.

Currency and order total

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and website retail prices include applicable GST. Review the item total and any delivery charge before confirming payment. Delivery is free on orders above ₹500 and ₹70 below that amount in India.

If a payment does not complete

Check the details entered at checkout and any authentication requested by your payment provider. If you need help, explain the stage at which the payment stopped. Do not send card numbers, passwords or one-time codes.

My payment failed. Has an order been placed?

Check for an order confirmation email. If the result is unclear, write to hello@getinfinote.com with the email used at checkout, without sending payment credentials.

How are refunds paid?

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the returned item being received and inspected. Your bank may take a further 2 to 3 business days.

Is anything deducted if I cancel before shipping?

If you paid online through Razorpay and cancel before dispatch, we deduct only the actual payment-gateway charge incurred for your transaction that Razorpay does not return. This is approximately 2% plus applicable GST on the fee (about 2.36% at 18% GST); the charge may vary by payment method. If Infinote cancels, nothing is deducted.

GST invoices

A GST tax invoice is emailed for every completed order. Business customers should provide their legal name, billing address and GSTIN before invoice generation. For a duplicate or correction, email hello@getinfinote.com with your order number and billing details.
