01. The scope of this statement

This statement covers the Infinote website and online store at getinfinote.com, operated by Thoughtpilots India Private Limited. The Infinote app is a separate product and is not covered here.

02. Accessibility approach

We want the store to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, together with the accessibility requirements that apply to us in India under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. This is a target and not a claim of conformance. We have not had the site formally audited, and we do not state that it meets WCAG 2.1 AA.

03. Keyboard navigation

Our aim is that every page, menu, form and button can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a logical order. If you find something you cannot reach or operate by keyboard, please tell us.

04. Reading and display

Our aim is readable text with sufficient contrast, text that can be enlarged in the browser, and layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktops. If a page is hard to read on your device or settings, please tell us.

05. Forms and checkout

Our aim is that form fields have clear labels and that errors are explained in text. The checkout and payment pages are provided by Shopify and Razorpay and are described under third-party services below.

06. Images and media

Our aim is that meaningful images have text alternatives that describe them. If an image or video does not make sense without sight or sound, we will gladly describe it to you; write to us.

07. Known limitations

We are still reviewing the site, and we expect that some barriers remain. We would rather say so than claim that none exist. If you find one, we want to know about it and to fix it.

08. Third-party services

Parts of the store are provided by other companies, including Shopify for the store and checkout and Razorpay for payment. We do not control their pages, but we will pass on accessibility problems you report to them.

If you cannot use part of the website, or would like information in another form, write to hello@getinfinote.com or message +91 99015 70710 on WhatsApp. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you wish, the assistive technology you use.

Our support and web team aims to reply within 5 working days and to offer another way to get what you need.

10. Review and improvements

We review this statement when we change the site and when we receive feedback. We will update it as we learn more about where the site falls short and as we improve it.
