Delivery destinations

We deliver to serviceable pincodes in India and to international destinations enabled at checkout. Availability depends on the destination and courier network.

Dispatch and tracking

We try to dispatch on the same day for orders placed before 12:00 pm IST. Orders placed after 12:00 pm go out on the next working day.

We ship with reputed courier partners. Infinote is not liable for delay caused by couriers or by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes, address problems or customs. This does not limit any remedy the law gives you for an order delivered later than stated where the delay was within our control.

After dispatch, a tracking link is shared by email and through the Shopify order-status page. The courier may also send SMS or WhatsApp updates where available. Keep your order reference available when asking about a shipment.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

Allow for the delivery estimate above. If it has passed, email hello@getinfinote.com with your order reference and the latest delivery information you have.

Can I change my delivery address?

Email hello@getinfinote.com with your order reference and requested change before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, an address change cannot be guaranteed.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Keep the packaging and note the item affected. Within 7 days of receiving the order, email hello@getinfinote.com with the order number, photographs and a short description. We replace or refund damaged or defective items, and Infinote pays the return shipping.

Is faster delivery available?

There is no guaranteed express service as a standard checkout option. For an urgent requirement, contact hello@getinfinote.com before ordering. Any faster option depends on pincode, stock and courier availability.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

The courier normally re-attempts delivery under its service rules. If the parcel remains undelivered, it may return to Infinote and we will contact you. Re-shipping charges may apply for an incorrect address, refusal or repeated unavailability; they do not apply where Infinote or the courier caused the failure.

International orders

Shipping is charged at checkout by destination and weight. Customs duties and taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. Customs processing can add to the delivery time.

If an international item is damaged or lost in transit, you receive a full refund including shipping.
