Code of Ethics

01. Purpose and scope

This Code sets out the standards Infinote holds itself to. It applies to everyone who works for Thoughtpilots India Private Limited on Infinote, and we ask the partners we work with to act in the same spirit. It is a statement of intent, not a certification or audit.

02. Integrity in business

We keep accurate records, deal fairly with customers, suppliers and partners. We do not mislead anyone about what we sell or what we do.

03. Respect at work

We treat people with courtesy and without discrimination. Everyone who works with us is entitled to a safe and respectful working environment, and to raise a concern without being penalised.

04. Customers and product information

We describe our products as they are. We state only what we can support, and where we do not know something, we leave it unsaid. Prices, delivery, returns and refund terms are published plainly so that you can decide before you buy. A complaint is read, answered and put right where it is justified.

05. Suppliers and partners

We choose suppliers and partners we can deal with honestly, and we expect them to obey the law and to treat people properly. We describe sourcing only to the extent we can verify it.

06. Conflicts of interest

Anyone working on Infinote who has a personal interest that could affect a business decision must tell us, and must stay out of that decision.

07. Gifts and improper influence

We do not offer, pay, ask for or accept bribes or any improper payment. Gifts or hospitality that could influence a decision are declined.

08. Information and confidentiality

We protect customer information and company information, use personal information only for the purposes in our Privacy Policy and share it only as that policy says.

09. Environmental responsibilities

We obey the environmental laws that apply to us. We make no environmental claims about our products that we cannot support.

10. Reporting concerns

If you see or suspect conduct that falls short of this Code, write to hello@getinfinote.com. Concerns are read in confidence, looked into fairly, and nobody is penalised for raising one in good faith.

11. Governance and updates

This Code is owned and approved by the directors of Thoughtpilots India Private Limited. We review it from time to time and update it when our practice or the law changes. The current version is always the one on this page.
