Cookie Policy

01. What cookies do

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. They let a site recognise your session, keep items in your basket and remember choices. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, do the same job.

02. Technologies in use

The store runs on Shopify, which sets cookies and similar technologies to operate the store. Where we have enabled analytics or advertising services on this site, those services may also set them.

We group them into four categories: essential, preferences, analytics and marketing.

03. Essential functions

Essential cookies keep the store working. They hold your basket, carry you through checkout, keep you signed in if you have an account and help protect the store from fraud and misuse. The store cannot work properly without them, so they cannot be switched off from within the store.

04. Preferences

Where enabled, preference cookies remember choices you make, such as your country or region, so that you do not need to repeat them. They are optional. If you refuse them, the store still works, but it may not remember your choices.

05. Analytics

Where enabled, analytics services help us understand how visitors use the store: which pages are viewed, how people arrive and where they leave. We use this to improve the site. These cookies are optional and are used only for this purpose.

06. Advertising

Where enabled, marketing cookies are used by advertising services to measure how our advertisements perform and to show relevant advertising on other sites. They are optional. They are not directed at children.

07. Cookie inventory

The exact cookies set depend on the services enabled on the store at the time you visit and on the choices you make. Your browser lists the cookies it holds for getinfinote.com in its site settings, with each cookie's name, source and expiry.

If you would like to know more about a particular cookie on our store, write to hello@getinfinote.com.

08. Managing preferences

Where the store asks for your choice, you can accept or refuse optional cookies and change your decision later. Refusing optional cookies does not stop you from browsing or buying.

Where we rely on your consent for optional cookies, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect what happened before you withdrew.

09. Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers can also send a do-not-track signal or clear data when you close them. Blocking essential cookies may stop the basket, checkout or sign-in from working.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy when the technologies we use change. For questions, write to hello@getinfinote.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through cookies.
