Infinote App

Infinote App — Turn Handwriting into Digital Knowledge

Infinote is a companion mobile application for Infinote notebooks and handwritten notes. The app lets users scan handwritten pages, extract text using OCR, organise notes into searchable collections, generate summaries and other intelligent outputs, and export or save selected notes to supported cloud destinations.

How Infinote Uses Google Services

Connecting a Google account is optional. Infinote requests access to Google services only when a user chooses to use a feature that requires Google services.

Google Sign-In

Infinote uses Google Sign-In to allow users to securely sign in to their Infinote account. Infinote uses the basic Google account information provided during sign-in for authentication and account identification.

Google Drive

Users can optionally connect Google Drive as a cloud destination for their Infinote notes and documents.

When a user connects Google Drive, Infinote requests the Google Drive permissions necessary to create or save files in the user's Google Drive. This access is used only when the user chooses to export or save selected Infinote notes or documents to Google Drive.

Infinote does not access Google Drive simply because the app is installed or opened. Google Drive access is initiated by the user and is used only to provide the Google Drive features requested by the user.

Google Calendar

Users can optionally connect Google Calendar to create calendar events from their Infinote notes and meeting information.

When a user chooses Google Calendar, Infinote requests the permissions necessary to create or save calendar events in the user's selected Google Calendar. This may include event information such as the meeting title, date, time, attendees, location and notes provided or confirmed by the user.

Google Calendar access is optional and is used only when the user chooses to create or save a calendar event through Infinote.

Privacy and User Control

Connecting Google services is optional. Users control when Infinote accesses Google services and can revoke Infinote's access through their Google Account settings.

For more information about how Infinote handles personal information and Google user data, please read our Privacy Policy.
